Lori Song - Assistant Teacher
Lori fell in love with LEAP when her youngest daughter attended the school several years ago. She was drawn to the warm, nurturing environment created by the staff—and knew it was a place where children could truly thrive. Now, as a Lunch Bunch teacher, Lori strives to ensure every child feels safe, happy, and supported.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Ramapo College. After many years in the corporate world, Lori stepped away to raise her family and while doing so, discovered a passion for early childhood education. She began as a substitute teacher at LEAP nearly four years ago and has since served as both a Lunch Bunch teacher and an assistant in a 3-year-old classroom.
In addition to her work at LEAP, Lori runs Song and Story Photography in Ramsey, specializing in family, sports, and headshot photography. Outside the classroom, Lori enjoys supporting her three children in their various sports and activities, volunteering with the Red Cross, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, their family and friends—and their adorable dog.
