Lissa Favata - Lead Teacher - 3 Year Old Class

Lissa joined LEAP as a school-wide floater in 2015. She enjoyed interacting with different age levels of children and getting to know the LEAP staff. Now she is excited to teach and have fun with a classroom of children!

Lissa lives in Ramsey and loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Rich, and their two children.
